Electrolytic Ozone Completes Series A Funding

Electrolytic Ozone Inc. (EOI), a Boston, MA-based company that develops and manufactures ultra-compact, ozone generators that are designed to harness the benefits of ozone to improve the safety and quality of the human environment, completed a Series A funding.

Its cells enable innovative sanitization, deodorization and preservation applications of ozone for consumer, food safety, health and medical uses.
The company also announced its management team and board of directors. EOI is led by high-tech veteran Wayne R. Lieberman. The team include Bill Yost as COO, Hossein Zarrin as CTO and Dave Lutz as VP of engineering.
