ClickFox, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of customer experience analytics (CEA) software and solutions, has raised $18m in financing.
The round was led by Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners (AIP).
The company intends to use the proceeds from the financing to expand:
– sales and marketing efforts globally, mainly into European and Latin American markets,
– research and development activities, expanding into social media analytics and deepening its core analytics engine to accelerate access to insight for proactive and predictive analysis that anticipates and answers consumer needs.
ClickFox’ CEA patented behavioral analysis engine is designed to provide an intuitive mapping of all customer interactions – from IVR, retail, web, and email to agent CRM desktops, handheld devices, and interactive kiosks.
It is used by organizations in the telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, insurance, technology and retail industries.
