Spotlight Ticket Management Closes $2.5M Series A Financing Round

Spotlight Ticket Management, a Woodland Hills, CA-based web based software firm dedicated to developing an application that automates all aspects of sports and entertainment tickets, suites, and hospitality assets, has closed a $2.5m round of Series A financing.

The investment was led by Point Judith Capital, with participation from Brian Bedol, the founder of the former Classic Sports Network (now ESPN Classic) and CSTV (now CBS College Sports).
According to the company, its Ticket Management Solution is currently used by over 1000 corporations like NBC Universal and Motorola and 20 teams in the four major professional sports leagues including the Miami HEAT and Chicago Bears currently use the product.
In conjunction with the funding, Sean Marsh, co-founder and General Partner at Point Judith Capital, will join the company’s board of directors along with David Martirano.
