Guanya Education Group, a Shenyang, China (Liaoning Province)-based children’s English education company, has raised over US$4m in its first funding.
The round was led by ARC China.
As also stated by Mr. Sam Hu, CEO of the company, this capital infusion will support Guanya in adding corporate governance, operation, and international expertise, and accelerating its expansion in core markets.
The company currently provides English language education programs to children from ages three to fifteen. It operates twenty-seven branded schools located in six cities in northeast China, including Shenyang, Dalian, Anshan, Jinzhou, Fushun and Yinkou.
