Adaptivity Raises $7.2M in Series A Venture Capital Financing

Adaptivity, a Charlotte, NC-based company that provides an intelligent IT blueprinting software suite to help companies manage and optimize enterprise technology infrastructure, has raised a $7.2m round of Series A venture capital financing.
The round was co-led by Noro-Moseley Partners and Intersouth Partners.
The funding will be used to accelerate product development on Adaptivity’s Blueprint 4IT Lifecycle SuiteTM and build out sales and marketing infrastructure to support growing market demand.
In conjunction with the financing, Katrin Burt of Intersouth Partners and Mike Elliott of Noro-Moseley will join the company’s board of directors. In addition, George Mackie, a venture partner with Noro-Moseley with 25 years of experience in the technology industry, will join Adaptivity as non-executive chairman working closely with the executive management team.
The company’s technology platform allows enterprise IT customers transform the infrastructure environments. Whether seeking to implement a cloud delivery model, optimize a datacenter, or rationalize applications portfolios, Adaptivity aims to enable clients to control and manage all facets of the infrastructure lifecycle.
