Informifi, a San Francisco, CA-based real-time online content organizer, completed a Series A financing of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Walden Venture Capital and the Keiretsu Forum, with participation from Harvard Angels and North Bay Angels. The funds will be used to invest in the growth of the company, hire into the technical and product teams and continue to expand and scale Informifi’s verticals.
In conjunction with the financing, Art Berliner, managing director of Walden Venture Capital, and Phil Solk from the Keiretsu Forum, will join Informifi’s board of directors.
Founded in 2007, the company uses a patent-pending content creation technology to gather, organize and report news by topic.
