Recurly Raises funding from Polaris Venture Partners and Angel Investors

Recurly, Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based company that provides a self-serve subscription billing management solution for small businesses, has completed a round of funding of undisclosed amount.
The investment was led by Polaris Venture Partners, with participation from Michael Dearing from Harrison Metal, Josh Felser and Dave Samuel from Freestyle Capital, Larry Mohr, Dave McClure, Babak Nivi and Naval Ravikant, and others.
The funding will allow the company to add new features to its products and hire Ruby on Rails engineers.
Publicly launched in January 2010, Recurly help small businesses manage customers’ subscriptions across multiple pricing plans.
