MetroFlats.com, a Clifton, NJ-based vacation rental marketplace service, has raised seed financing from AA Investments LLC.
The company was founded by Avisha Khubani (CEO), an entrepreneur who launched sister company MetroFlatsNYC.com, and Shamoon Siddiqui (VP of Product Development), a serial entrepreneur, in May 2010.
The company’s goal is to connect guests with the vacation rentals provided by hosts who are looking to supplement their income by renting out their second homes. Guests can choose from a wide variety of different houses, homes and condos across the United States. Commenting on the investment, Shamoon Siddiqui said: “With AA Investments we can grow faster and get better”.
