Triangulate, Inc., a Palo Alto, CA-based developer of “Wings”, a data-driven dating application available on Facebook, has raised a total of $750,000 in seed funding.
Investors include Trinity Ventures and Rick Thompson, Chairman of Playdom.
The funds will be used to bring its first application – Wings – to market and to continue to develop new applications based on the relationship between analytics and social media.Wings, which uses an innovative social compatibility engine to find matches based on a user’s online activities, has been selected to be featured on the Facebook Application Dashboard.
