Remote DBA Experts, LLC, a Pittsburgh, PA-based provider of remote database management services, closed a mezzanine financing transaction with F.N.B. Capital Corporation, a subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB).
The proceeds from the financing will be used to facilitate the leveraged spinout of Remote DBA Experts from its parent company, Contemporary Technologies, Inc., and to pursue strategic growth opportunities to further improve its strong position in the market.
