LearnBoost Raises $975K in Seed Financing

LearnBoost, a provider of an online application that allows teachers to manage their classroom, has raised $975K in seed financing
Investors include venture capital firms Bessemer Venture Partners, Charles River Ventures, RRE Ventures, and Atlas Ventures, and business angels Naval Ravikant, Bill Lee, James Hong, Othman Laraki, Karl Jacob, and others. 
In early August, LearnBoost will release its free application built on its technology, which includes tools for managing and creating lesson plans, tracking attendance, maintaining schedules, integrating calendars including Google calendars.
