Komli Media, a Mumbai, India-based digital media network, has raised $6m in additional funding.
Investors in the round include existing shareholders Nexus Venture Partners, Helion Venture Partners and Draper Fisher Jurvetson.
The funding will be used to accelerate the company’s overall growth and continue to expand across Asia Pacific. Komli Media recently acquired PostClick, Australia’s leading premium website representation firm.
Komli Media’s digital media network currently represents more than 1,500 websites, including sites such as Facebook, Expedia and Bloomberg, reaching 30 million unique users across categories and regions.
Its digital advertising technologies enable marketers to reach, acquire audiences and publishers to maximize their revenues.
The company operates offices in Melbourne, New Delhi, New York, Palo Alto, Singapore, Sydney and Toronto.
