IPeak Networks Incorporated, an Ottawa, Canada-based networking technology development company, has closed a Series B round of financing.
Participating in the round were Miralta Capital L.P., Arjesan II Limited Partnership and other investors.
As also stated by Martin Horne, CEO, the financing – of undisclosed amount – will enable the company to accelerate the development of its Internet Performance and Quality (IPQ) product portfolio and to expand sales and marketing activities in key markets including Asia Pacific and EMEA.
The company’s IPQ™ products optimize IP networks for video conferencing, telepresence, and virtual computing applications.
