Interactions Corporation Raises $6.3M in Series D Financing

Interactions Corporation, a Boston, MA-based provider of innovative customer care communications for interactive systems, has raised $6.3m in Series D financing.

The round was led by Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, which committed $2.8m, with participation from North Hill Ventures, Sigma Partners and Updata Partners.

Cross Atlantic had also led the Series C round, which included the same investors.
As stated by Richard Fox, managing director at Cross Atlantic Capital Partners and director of Interactions, “This round will allow the company to augment its sales and marketing efforts and, as a result, further define itself as a market leader”.

Established in 2002, Interactions provides innovative customer care technology and solutions for several consumer-facing brands. It works with existing IVR (Interactive Voice Response) platforms, speech, and Web applications, as well as a pool of human “intent analysts”.

The company has its technology center in Indianapolis (Carmel, IN).
