Artissimo Designs, a Los Angeles and Montreal-based provider of wall décor, has received a “significant” investment from Huron Capital Partners LLC.
The proceeds from the investment, which was made through The Huron Fund III, L.P. raised in 2008 with $350m in committed equity capital, will be used to support management in its growth plans.
Artissimo provides moderately priced wall decor sold at almost every level of the retail store trade.
Commenting on the investment, the CEO of the company Ken Floyd said: “It was important to us to find a firm that appreciated everything we’ve worked so hard to create in the last 12 years.
“At the same time, we needed a firm that could assist us with our plans to reach the next stage in our evolution. Huron Capital fit well for both of our requirements”.
