Adam Communication Systems International Receives £1.5M Investment from Maven Capital Partners

Adam Communication Systems International, a Stockport, UK-based provider of building energy management systems (BEMS) and associated energy management services, has received a £1.5m investment from Maven Capital Partners.
The funds, coming from the UK Government-backed Capital for Enterprise Fund, will provide working capital for the continued increase in sales of the company’s BEMS products and services. Adam will also use the capital to recruit additional sales and operational staff to deliver on several large contracts which the company has recently won.
Commenting on the funding, Steve Dillon, Managing Director of Adam, was quoted as saying: “This investment will allow us to implement our growth plans and will deliver the working capital headroom necessary for the fast paced growth we are currently experiencing.
“Furthermore we will be able to increase our sales presence and target markets outside of our traditional sectors”, he added.
Established in 1990 by Dillon and Technical Director Joe Blower, Adam currently employs 45 staff.
