Telogic Raises €3M from BNP Paribas Private Equity

Telogic, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE), has received a €3m investment from BNP Paribas Private Equity, the private equity arm of BNP Paribas.
According to a press release, the investment will help the company to further accelerate its expansion in the German and Polish markets.
Telogic, which operates with more than 35 active Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) in Poland, Germany, Sweden and Denmark, delivers services within mobile telephony, land based telephony and broadband. Commenting on the deal, Per Erik Ångman, CEO at Telogic, was quoted as saying: “We have a strong position in Sweden and Denmark since many years, and we are currently rapidly expanding in Poland and Germany, where we acquired a majority of the shares in the German MVNE Vistream GmbH earlier this year.
“The backing of BNP Paribas Private Equity allows us to further strengthen our position in these markets, and to expand into other markets in Europe”, he added.
