IPTEGO GmbH, a Berlin, Germany-based provider of VoIP solutions, has raised €1m in venture capital funding from XAnge Private Equity. The capital infusion will enable the company to hire new sales professionals and continue to expand into new markets with its flagship software, PALLADION, which helps network operations personnel detect and solve SIP-based network problems.
To this end, IPTEGO has signed some partnership agreements with resellers including HP, Acme Packet, and IBM, to develop new market opportunities.
Created in 2006 by Alex Hoffmann and Ulrich Abend, the company currently partners with mobile and fixed-line telecom operators and internet service providers in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
