Format Dynamics, a Denver, CO-based provider of a patented software that reformats a printed Web page into a magazine-like format, has secured $5.5m in Series B financing.This funding, which was provided by a private investment group and existing investors, will allow the company to expand its operations.
Customers includes Hearst Digital Media, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and MSNBC.com.
In conjunction with the funding, Dan Googel, who represents the private investor group, will join the Format Dynamics’ board of directors.
