Assistly Raises $2.2M

Assistly, Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based start up which provides companies with a help desk platform organizing information related to customer support conversations, has raised $2.2m in Series A funding.
Investors in the round include True Ventures and the Social Leverage fund.
The platform, which is dedicated to engaging customers also using social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, is currently in beta version and is targeting June to release the product.
