PubMatic, a Palo Alto, CA-based ad monetization and management solution, has closed a $7.5m Series C funding round led by existing investor Helion Venture Partners.
Existing partners Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Nexus Venture Partners also participated.
This latest investment brings the total amount of capital the company has raised to date to $18m.
The new funding will be used to accelerate the adoption and development of revenue maximizing and brand control tools for publishers.
The company operates seven offices around the world in the US, Europe, and Asia, and its clients include IAC, The Huffington Post, eBay, United Online, TV Guide.
