
The company, which is known for its flagship products Druva inSync, for laptops in an enterprise environment, and Druva Phoenix, for remote servers, will use the capital to accelerate its expansion in global markets.
Druva will expand its operating sales offices in the US and Europe to match increasing demand from clients in those markets.
In conjunction with the funding, Shailendra Singh of Sequoia Capital will join Rehan yar Khan (IAN) on the company’s board.
Druva, which is also backed by Accord International (HK), has engineering and support operations in Pune, India.
