Cramster.com, a Pasadena, CA-based provider of online homework help for college and high school students, has secured $6m in Series B financing.
This latest round was led by Primera Capital. In September 2008, the company raised a $3m Series A financing from online education entrepreneur, Shai Reshef.
In conjunction with the funding, Primera Managing Partner Ori Sasson joins the Cramster board.
The company, which was co-founded by Aaron Hawkey and Robert Angarita, will use the funds to expand its product line, strengthen its offering in non-quantitative subjects and grow the team.
