ActivNetworks, a Courtaboeuf, France-based software house providing security solutions for web applications, closed a €2.5m first round of funding.
The investment was made by Oddo Private Equity.
The funds will enable the company to further commercialize its flagship product, BoostEdge, which accelerates hundreds of web applications and sites for companies from all industry sectors including agribusiness, luxury goods, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, transportation, oil, professional services, administration and public services, in Europe, North America and Asia.
ActivNetworks’customers include CAC 40 companies, large e-commerce sites, online banking, insurance, and institutional portals.
