MetraSens Ltd, a Malvern Hills, UK-based supplier of ferromagnetic detection systems to improve safety in hospitals, has raised £1.5m financing from Octopus Ventures.
The funds will enable the company to expand in the US medical market, where the company operates an office located in Lemont, IL.
