Horvath Towers Raises Additional $20M from Peppertree Capital Fund

Horvath Towers, LLC, a South Bend IN-based owner, developer and operator of cellular towers for wireless carriers across the United States, has raised $20m in equity funding from existing investor Peppertree Capital Fund.
The funding will allow the company to grow and increase the quality of services it provides to its clients.
Horvath Towers was formed in partnership with Peppertree Capital in 2007, which initially committed $8m.
In 2008, Peppertree committed additional $10m. During the same year, in line with Peppertree’s additional investment, PNC Bank increased its debt financing from $8m to $18m.
