Bit Cauldron Corporation, a Tampa, Florida-based maker of glasses technology for enjoying 3D television, computer gaming and other novel application, has raised over $1m in Series AA financing from Emergent Growth Fund II.
The funds will enable the company to stay on target for the launch in mid 2010 of its 3D glasses technology with name brands to be announced later.
In conjunction with the round, Garrett Gleim has been appointed to the company’s board of directors.
Bit Cauldron Corporation is an AMD Independent Hardware Vendor Partner and Consumer Electronics Association member.
