AmeriVap Secures $2.4M Business Expansion Loan

AmeriVap Systems, Inc., a producer of dry vapor industrial steam cleaners secured $2.4m funding for business expansion and purchase of a new facility in Dawsonville, Georgia.

The loan, made through Community Bank of Pickens County in Jasper, Georgia, is a Guaranteed Business and Industry (B&I) loan from USDA Rural Development.
The B&I loan allows USDA Rural Development to partner with a local lender to guarantee up to 90% of the loan.

Commenting on the loan, Werner Diercks, owner of AmeriVap Systems, was quoted as saying, “We’re very excited about the many opportunities made possible through this funding, especially our expansion to a much larger facility”.

The company, which will move from Atlanta to Dawson County over the next year, is the leader in industrial dry vapor steam cleaning equipment providing chemical free cleaning and sanitizing solutions for the food processing and packaging industries, aviation, hospitality, hospitals and healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies, as well as laboratories and pest control companies.
