High-Tech Gruenderfonds, Mountain Super Angel and Beteiligungsmanagement Thueringen have sold VisuMotion GmbH, a Jena, Germany-based supplier of universal 3D-display infrastructure, to 3D International Sd. Bhd., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
One of the major shareholders of the buyer is the Malaysian Venture Capital firm MAVCAP, a wholly government owned investment company.
The take-over will enable VisuMotion to become engaged in international partnerships and to enter the Asian markets.
The details of the transaction, which has been advised by Oertel Scheller, remained undisclosed.
