SpeedTax, a Laguna Hills, CA-based provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales tax management solutions, has secured a new round of private equity funding from Committed Capital, an international private equity and advisory firm with offices in London and Sydney, Australia.
As stated by Anton Donde, SpeedTax CEO, the funds will be used to hire staff in key areas and link to additional e-commerce platforms and ERP packages that will further extend the reach of the company to businesses of all sizes.
This financing, whose sum remained undiscolsed, represents the largest private equity investment in SpeedTax to date.
