DieDe Die Development S. L., a Zamudio, Spain-based developer, producer and supplier of all kind of tools related to the steel hot forming, raised €600.000 from Sociedad Gestión de Capital Riesgo del País Vasco (SGECR).
Through the investment, SGECR has taken a 25% stake in the company.
DieDe is developing a R&D team to lead projects for the definition, validation and development of new products in collaboration with the automotive sector. The company plans to generate 20 direct jobs in a period of two years and hire other companies to perform certain operations, which would also create indirect employment.Established in 2008, DieDe currently employs 90 people in its facilities located in the Bizkaia Technology Park.
