Tradoria GmbH, a Bamberg, Germany-based b2b e-commerce company, specialized in web shop solutions for small and medium sized online retailers, raised €2m in a series B-financing round.
The round was led by Seventure Partners with participation from existing investor DuMont Venture.
The company offers a solution that combines a web store, marketplace and checkout in a single product for small and medium-sized merchants. It saves the merchants all complex technological processes and provides all necessary tools and support to successfully launch their online business. The business model is based on monthly subscription fees and transaction fees.
As stated by Tobias Kobier, CEO of Tradoria, the new capital will enable the company to even boost its fast growth and to establish itself as one of the leading e-commerce-provider in the german market.
In conjunction with the funding, Dr. Wolfgang Krause, of Seventure Partners, will join the company’s board of directors.
