ZEB, a Belgium-based retail chain, has raised €7.6m from Vendis Capital, a private equity fund launched in 2009 by the former management of retail holding Mitiska.
The company, which currently operates 21 stores in Flanders emplying 142 people, will use the funds for future expansion.
Vendis’ fund, which already held a €55m first closing last October, is still raising capital from institutional investors to reach the €100m final target.
