VaultLogix, LLC, a Danvers, MA-based provider of online data backup and disaster recovery services to the small and medium-sized business market, has received a minority equity investment from WestView Capital Partners.
WestView, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on lower middle market companies, joins existing investor London Bay Capital.
Commenting on the funding, Tim Hannibal, founder and CEO of VaultLogix, was reported to say: “Our management team welcomes WestView’s extensive experience working with growing technology service companies such as ours to achieve their strategic objectives”.
In conjunction with the investment, Matt Carroll and Rick Williams, partners at WestView, have joined the Company’s Board of Directors.
