Swype, a Seattle, WA-based developer of text input technology, announced that it has secured $5.6m in Series B financing led by Nokia Growth Partners, Samsung Ventures, and returning investor Benaroya Capital.
The capital infusion will be used to launch Swype on a number of new mobile and touch-screen devices and platforms.
