FieldView Solutions, an Edison, NJ-based enterprise software company, has raised $2.75m in Series A financing from SJF Ventures led with Milestone Venture Partners and Osage Partners also participating in the round.
The company provides data center managers with a solution to enhance capacity planning, energy management, and risk mitigation for critical assets. Its customers include some of the world’s largest financial, insurance, co-location, and pharmaceutical companies.
Commenting on the funding, Fred Dirla, FieldView CEO, was reported as saying: “We believe SJF Ventures, Milestone Venture Partners and Osage Partners will be excellent partners to help grow our business. Their experience in software, data centers, energy management and cleantech companies will help us unlock a tremendous amount of value”.
In conjunction with the funding, Arrun Kapoor of SJF Ventures, Nate Lentz of Osage Partners and Morgan Rodd of Milestone Venture Partners have joined the Company’s Board of Directors.
