Ace Metrix, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of online television advertising analytics, closed a $6.0m B round of financing.
The round was led by Leapfrog Ventures with participation from existing investors Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Palomar Ventures.
The funds will be used to expand sales and marketing of the company’s fast-growing online television advertising effectiveness measurement service.
In conjunction with the funding, Pete Sinclair, co-director at Leapfrog Ventures, will join the board of directors of Ace Metrix.
