MicroMedia Filtration, Inc., a Lake Forest, CA-based company that develops and markets advanced wastewater treatment systems for municipalities, real estate developers and the military, completed its Series A round of equity financing from SAIL Venture Partners.
As stated by Ken Stedman, Founder and President of MicroMedia Filtration, this investment will allow the company to significantly expand its growth objectives through the expansion of its professional management team and marketing plans.
For SAIL Venture Partners, this is the second investment in a water tech company, the first being Irvine, CA-based WaterHealth International, which develops decentralized water purification systems largely targeted for the developing world.
