Plex Systems, Inc., the Auburn Hills, Michigan-based provider of Plex Online, a software as a service (SaaS) solution for the manufacturing enterprise, has received a $6m financing.
The proceeds will be used to expand the company’s strong customer base, further develop products, and accelerate sales and marketing efforts.
Different funds have invested $5m. They were advised by Apax Partners, the global private equity firm that has been an investor in the company since 2006.
