Causata Inc., a software company that enables companies to optimize customer experience and business results, today announced it has raised $4.5m in a Series A funding from Accel Partners.
The proceeds will support San Francisco-based Causata’s mission to deliver breakthrough software that empowers companies to understand and engage their customers at any touch point more effectively than ever before.
