Metadata.io, a San Francisco, CA-based autonomous demand generation platform, raised $6.5m in Series A funding.
The round, which brought total funding to over $10m, was led by Resolute Ventures with participation from Greycroft, York IE, Stormbreakers, as well as notable entrepreneurs including Mark Organ (founder of Eloqua), Ilya Volodarsky (founder of Segment), and over a dozen Metadata customers (e.g. UIPath VP of Growth, SocialChorus CEO, etc) and key employees.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its product capabilities and scale its go-market motion

The company launched a new product recently, MetaMatch, a proprietary technology platform that allows B2B advertisers to build custom audiences on Facebook, LinkedIn and Programmatic Display using firmographic, technographic, and demographic data from their proprietary database of over 1.4B profiles.
