HelloTeam, a Boston, MA-based all-in-one performance management and employee engagement platform, raised $3.5m in seed funding.
The round was led by Underscore VC, which was joined by Osage Venture Partners, Ventureforgood, and others.
The company intends to use the funds for strategic product enhancements.
Founded by Tanya Bakalov, who grew her previous company to a $1 billion valuation with more than 500 employees across multiple offices, HelloTeam provides a platform for companies to foster a connected culture, via continuous recognition and feedback. Its performance management and employee engagement platform empowers managers and employees to be engaged and more effective in their work.
