Trilogy Mentors, a Richmand, Va.-based SaaS cloud-based technology platform for tutors and educators, closed more than $1.1M in seed funding and a strategic partnership with Tuscany Strategy Consulting.
The round, led by an investment from Jaffray Woodriff’s family office, Felton Group, LLC, exceeded its initial fundraising goal amidst the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Funds from the round will be used for platform development, team growth and marketing. In addition to the capital raise, Trilogy Mentors launched a strategic partnership with Tuscany Strategy Consulting.
Led by John Failla, Founder and CEO, Trilogy Mentors is a B2B SaaS company that provides a cloud-based technology platform, empowering tutors and educators to launch and scale a branded, relationship-based online learning platform. So far, the platform has facilitated more than 10,000 unique learning sessions for over 150 organizations nationwide.
