Arena, a San Francisco, CA-based cloud-based experience and customer data platform (CDP) for consumer enterprises such as media, telecoms and e-commerce companies, raised US$2.3m in seed 2 funding.
The round was led by Redpoint eventures with participation from Incubate Fund, Plug and Play and Intango Ventures.
The company, which has raised US$3.3m in total seed funding, intends to use the capital to expand their sales and marketing team and grow its footprint in more global markets.
Co-founded in 2016 by Paulo Martins and Rodrigo Reis, Arena has developed a customer experience and data platform for online companies to build personalized experiences through website visitor data in real time, drive increased engagement, conversions and revenue. The company has a global presence in 120 countries and 2,000+ customers including Fox Sports, Microsoft and Rogers Telecom.
