SensorFlow Raises Further $8.3M in Series A Funding

SensorFlow, a Singapore-based proptech startup advancing a smart building management solution, raised $8.3m in additional Series A funding.

Backers included Openspace Ventures and Gaw Capital Partners, Pierre Lorinet from Trafigura and Aurum Investments.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by CEO Saikrishnan Ranganathan, SensorFlow provides a smart building management solution that leverages wireless sensors for large-chain hotels, commercial properties and industrial spaces to optimize their building efficiency, productivity and sustainability. It helps users collect real time data from within rooms, and get insights needed to automate their decision-making processes and optimize energy efficiency. The company has signed several clients across Southeast Asia including Dorsett Hospitality International, Hyatt, The Ascott Limited and Accor.

The company had secured US$2.7M in Series A funding last year.
