Factorial, a Barcelona, Spain-based Human Resources management platform provider, raised €15m in Series A funding.
The round was led by CRV with participation from Creandum, Point Nine and K Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to add functionalities and expand its business reach in Europe and in America, already having clients in more than 40 countries.
Co-founded by Jordi Romero, CEO; Pau Ramon, CTO; and Bernat Farrero, CRO, Factorial provides an HR management platform which allows HR directors and managers to spend less time in administrative issues while focusing more on team building activities.
The company will now focus its growth on developing new features such as personnel selection and recruitment, performance evaluation, time control or absence management.
