Dixa Raises $36M in Series B Funding

Dixa, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based SaaS startup offering a customer service platform for more personal customer service, raised $36M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Notion Capital, with participation from existing investors Project A Ventures and Seed Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its product development and innovation and invest in their product and engineering teams in Europe.

Founded in 2015 by Mads Fosselius, CEO, Dixa provides brands with a SaaS based customer friendship platform for agents to engage with customers in a conversational way. The company primarily works with customer-facing teams and digital growth brands including Rapha, DriveNow, Too Good To Go, Goodiebox, Simple Feast, ViaBill, and Interflora. Dixa has 120 employees across 5 offices in Copenhagen, London, Berlin, Kyiv, and Lviv.
