ColorCoat, Inc., a Sacramento, Calif.-based exterior coatings applicator serving the U.S. window and door industry, received an investment from Vopne Capital, a Bay Area-based private equity firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to further invest in people, systems, and plant locations.
Founded in 2003 and led by Mario Bekeris and David Whisenhunt, ColorCoat specializes in applying coatings for vinyl window and door manufacturers at its nine facilities located across the U.S.
