Codility Raises $22M in Series A Funding

Codlity, a San Francisco, CA- and London, UK-based provider of a platform for hiring engineers, raised $22m in Series A funding.

The round was co-led by Oxx and Kennet Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Hillel Zidel, a Managing Director at Kennet Partners, will join the board as part of the investment.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Natalia Panowicz, CEO, Codility provides a platform that enables tech recruiters and hiring managers to assess candidates’ skills by testing their code online. The platform gives recruiters a way to accurately screen the real-life technical skills of candidates across a broad range of roles and technologies, provides a shared editor for live technical interviews. Codility can also improve onboard and upskill developers, closing skills gaps within existing or outsourced development teams.
