Vndly Raises $35M in Series B Funding

Vndly, Inc., a Cincinnati, OH-based cloud Work Management System provider, closed a $35m Series B funding.

The round was led by Insight Partners with participation from Battery Ventures, Hyde Park Venture Partners, EPIC Ventures, Bowery Capital, and the Cintrifuse Syndicate Fund, as well as ServiceNow.

The company intends to use the funds for continued product innovation, global expansion, and the investment in customer service and support.

Founded in 2017 and led by Shashank Saxena, Co-Founder and CEO, Vndly provides a SaaS Work Management System that allows companies to manage the entire non-employee engagement lifecycle from talent acquisition to training to payment and offboarding. The platform is comprised of four major modules: Contingent Workforce Management, Statement of Work (SoW) Management, Independent Contractor (IC) Compliance, and Total Talent Acquisition.

The company serves multiple companies across Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail and Consumer Goods, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Energy and Utilities, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Higher Education.
